I bought a 79bike falcon pro from here, I ended up having an issue with the bike a week later. took the bike back, Matt and Ken did not hesitate to figure out the issue. It was quick and very informative. Ken even took me for a ride by the beach to make sure the bike was working as it should. Highly recommend doing business with them, they are very down to earth and are there to help. Great place and hope to purchase another bike from them in the future.
There is NOT a better bike shop on the East Coast than Ebike King in Asbury Park. We have a Talaria XXX - which if you know is not easy to find parts and a place to even work on it. These guys took in my sons bike, spent the time to diagnose the problem, contacted me on a daily basis with updates and FIXED everything. Upon picking up the bike at 6:30pm (they close at 5) - and it was a 2 hour drive for me -they waited for me... They suggested we take it out for a ride to make sure everything is working properly. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Matt and Ken were so helpful. My Father loves the bike as do I. Matt went out of his way to help me get the bike quickly for my Dad who is not well. The same day Matt had the bike I picked out put together and in my truck the same day to bring to my Dad. I highly recommend the shop! I have another e bike I will be bringing to them to repair. Very trusting, honest and efficient!
This place is awesome—they fixed the tiller hook on my GoTrax G4 electric scooter and didn’t charge me.
