I wish I knew Ken and his staff prior my first and second custom conversion build. I would’ve used different mountain bikes more suitable and safer to add a large rear motor and the 72volt battery pack plus my weight requires planning. Something I didn’t do. I upgraded the front shock, installed 203mm hydraulic brakes along with handlebars and safer tires but the biggest problem was mounting the motor deep enough into the drop bars to ride it hard without worrying the rear wheel would slip out of the drop bars.
