For starters, real people answer the phone and they really call you back if they can't answer the phone. These guys are insanely knowledgeable on all things bike. They don't just buy them and put you on them and send you out the door. These guys can tear bikes to pieces and put them back together again. Incredibly knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.

I recommend anyone in need of service of their bike to check these guys out. I brought my sons bike today after a few weekends of trying to fix it myself and they immediately tore into it and had it fixed in no time at all while i hung around the shop. This shop was a godsend. They were so professional and fair in their pricing. I recommend everyone to go check them out
