Dave did a great job introducing me to the Euphree and Velotric brands. I purchased a Velotric bike. I’m very pleased with the bike and the service I received at EBike KC. A great place to do business!
Dave was great. Ordered my bike for me so I could test ride before I buy and he put it altogether for me. He helped me with loading the bike on my rack and the bike didn’t fit so he quickly put together one of his racks and sold me that one so I could get my bike home. Great experience and great little bike shop.
Dave at ebike kc did an awesome job on my specialized rockhopper e bike conversion. Great communication through the whole process, was willing to walk through how everything worked, and answered any of my questions without hesitation. I’ve put almost 200 miles on my bike this spring across some very rugged terrain and fields and everything still works and is holding up like the day I picked it up. Can’t wait to do more business with him in the future!
