The owner was very nice and was able to fix my bike. I will be back!
Had a great experience with Dave. We missed him on Friday, but he was willing to open shop on Saturday to discuss and address our bicycle needs. Dave was able to order exactly what we were looking for and did not charge an assembly fee like most other shops saving us a couple hundred dollars. I definitely recommend checking out E-Bike KC for your E-Bike needs.
Dave did a great job introducing me to the Euphree and Velotric brands. I purchased a Velotric bike. I’m very pleased with the bike and the service I received at EBike KC. A great place to do business!
Dave was great. Ordered my bike for me so I could test ride before I buy and he put it altogether for me. He helped me with loading the bike on my rack and the bike didn’t fit so he quickly put together one of his racks and sold me that one so I could get my bike home. Great experience and great little bike shop.
