We came 123 miles each way to LOOK at the bike I was interested in because the local dealer didn’t have one. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, made sure they had the sizes we needed before we made the drive, and couldn’t have been more helpful once we got there.
I had a fantastic experience at eBike Cyclery of Monrovia when purchasing my Aventon Sinch 2. The lady who helped us was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, guiding us through the different e-bike options and accessories to make sure we got exactly what we needed. I believe her husband was also there, and he was extremely helpful in explaining how to use and maintain the e-bike properly. Nice customer service. Several styles of e-bikes.
Apparently this shop won’t sell you sealant and they aren’t aware that you can just pour sealant directly in a tire without an injector. Kind of a bummer if you are stuck on the side of the road but nice that you can pick up a bike here if you aren’t a fan of pedaling.
