Amazing customer service, great bikes, overall great experience
Thanks to the professionals here. I was able to make the right choice on the EBike for my needs. They asked me very good questions before I spent a lot of money. I went with the Aventon Abound Long Rack cargo bike because I weigh 225lbs and I have two small grandchildren. I appreciate that Eddie had my accessories installed within a few days and kept me updated. (still waiting on front rack because it’s on backorder). Great bikes, great employees. Definitely recommend them
I wouldn’t recommend this shop. I came in ready to purchase an e-bike but the employees didn’t seem interested in helping me, just minimal engagement. I would have spent a couple grand that day. On top of that, they charge an assembly fee on all of the bikes they sell, no other shop I’ve been to look at is doing that, not to mention a lot of these e-bikes ship with minimal assembly required.
We came 123 miles each way to LOOK at the bike I was interested in because the local dealer didn’t have one. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, made sure they had the sizes we needed before we made the drive, and couldn’t have been more helpful once we got there.
