Went in knowing absolutely nothing about e-bikes. The staff was patient, friendly, and helpful. Easily the best dealer experience I’ve ever had. I recommend them to anyone with even a passing interest in e-bikes. My wife and I both purchased a bike from them and are thrilled to have such a wonderful shop near us.

I brought my Peloton bike in to have the crank removed since it was rusted on and I needed to replace the bottom bracket. I bent my tool trying to remove it. They took it in the same day and had my crankset removed within 20 minutes while I went across the street to grab breakfast. I have also bought tires here for my Electric Bike and their service has been courteous and professional.
