Not sure how they have 4.9 stars. Just went in and told the guy we need a little education on e-bikes. (We wanted to purchase today!) He says, “let me know if you have questions”, and went on with his moving inventory around. I don’t know what questions to even ask, that is why we said we need a little education on them. We got zero help so we walked out. Too bad.
Went shopping this morning for good Ebike for my 13 year old grandson. Came to Ebikes Central . Jessie made the purchase super easy. He educated grandson and his dad on the bike. He made sure the bike was a perfect fit. Great experience and a lot of Fun!! Highly recommend Ebike Central. Jessie and Morgan will get you fitted to the bike you need.
New Segway xafari owner. Great service and kind helpful staff. Reasonable prices and large selection... prices start about 450 bucks... already recommended more customers to the store.
We recently purchased 2 new E-Bikes from E-Bike Central of Temple. Both bikes were professionally assembled by Jessie & Morgan and presented in immaculate condition. The mechanics took great care to custom fit our bikes and mount various accessories. Jessie & Morgan are extremely passionate about cycling and E-Bikes in particular. I highly recommend you visit E-Bike Central and meet with Jessie and Morgan before committing to your next E-Bike purchase.
My son in law had a damaged e bike that needed repair. Found this shop and couldn’t be happier. They made the repairs, and took the time to show him some add ons that would make his rides smoother/safer. Bonus: the repair was done ahead of time! If I could give 10 stars I would. We won’t go anywhere else.
