NEVER RECIEVED order!!! They insisted they delivered on certain dates i told them never happened and ring can prove it....I asked to have it delivered or money back ...never heard from them again!! Horrible scam company!!!
For the past fifteen years, Beth Loxley and her staff have submitted my tax returns. Raichel has been especially helpful, offering her personal assistance to a 90 year-old client who is computer challenged.
Beth and her staff have done my taxes for 2 years now, and have done an excellent job. Fast, efficient, professional, would recommend them to anyone.
I am totally impressed with the whole team. I have never done my taxes so i was ignorant to all and the portal and their quick responses were invaluable. They helped me tremendously becaouse my taxes were complex. I will use in the future.
Did not care for their online portal, difficult to navigate and not very user friendly. Found a smaller tax accountant firm that had us in and out in about 15min. ZenStrategies took a couple of weeks, no personal contact, many emails and that dreaded portal. ZenStrategies was not a good tax experience for me. Followup to Zen: Good luck with your confusing online portal. We also dropped off all of our tax info in person, we would have been more than happy to come in for a face to face but that was never communicated by you. B... read more
