Spoke to someone on phone late afternoon to confirm if they have stock. Could still ship my order the same day. Very speedy! Super happy with my gravel panniers.
Dyson Bikes have excellent customer service. I contacted them via phone, they answered all my concerns and helped me with my order. My order arrived on time.
Fantastic and quick service, even on a weekend (online). Great product and price, would recommend Dave and the team at Dyson Bikes. Thank you Dave, it was fantastic dealing with you kind regards
Bought a quick rack online as I live regionally. Called and asked if they could express post. David was more than accommodating and went an extra mile to remove excess packaging to reduce the cost I would incur from the express post.
Great products , delivered within the week , more than happy with the service at Dyson bikes
