Great experience with Dyson bikes. I ordered a Knog Oi Luxe for a great price and it arrived super fast. Unfortunately, for me, I ordered the wrong size. A quick phone call and a side mission to Melbourne and the guys were happy to swap it over for me as I noticed before I fitted it. Thanks for your time and understanding.

I'm setting up my bike for bikepacking and Dyson Bikes came up while searching for an Ortleib bag. Their prices are usually the lowest and the service I've received is excellent. I've since purchased several products and I'm stoked with the service and their general friendly efficient manner. Great people to deal with!
