Sometimes things with a product (that is in no way any fault of the retailer) don't go 100%. I always think the sign of a good business is how they respond when there is an issue that needs resolving and in the circumstance I experienced I can only say the team at Dyson bikes were absolutely first class and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
