This company was great and a pleasure to deal with until recently. I've used this company since 2023 and had no issues until this year. I normally select direct deposit and have the preparer fees taken from my refund, which I will never do again. Unfortunately this year, things have changed. I did not get my refund as expected. I submitted a check trace with the IRS and an investigation with Green Dot bank. Green Dot provided me with the information that my checks were already cashed. 2025 Update: NEWBIES BEWARE!!! Please see my first year’s post (below). Two years ago, AWESOME service! This year it was a horrible experience that I don’t wish on anyone. Please please please review your information (whenever you get it back), if you don’t get your return, check with IRS NOT Mr. Williams (if he responds).
