Went to Brew in south Spencer twice this week for chicken. No chicken!

Bought a cell phone charger and cord at 12:30 pm, they did not work and went back to the store at 4:30 and they would not give a refund for purchase even though I had the receipt. Said I needed to come back on Monday when the manage was there, well I am from out of town and it would be very inconvenient to come back. Would not call the manage to clear up the problem. This is terrible customer service and I will not give the Brew anymore business and will tell people it is not a customer friendly place.
I used to go to Dynos (#53) n Sibley Iowa 3-4 times a day but since the new general manager (Mellory Porterfield), and assistant manager (Elizabeth Tinoco) I have stopped pretty much all together. They are as rude as anyone I have ever seen in a customer service job. I've asked questions and the only response I've gotten is them rolling their eyes or just straight up ignoring me.
