THEY DAMAGED MY TV! Terrible experience with Dyno Moving. The entire service on move day was a mess from start to finish. The movers arrived with no sense of urgency and ignored the fact that our storage facility was closing at 7 PM — even though they were clearly informed ahead of time. Because of their poor time management, we couldn’t get most of our belongings into storage, causing a huge disruption. I was amazed by how professional and efficient the movers were. I was initially worried about time since my quote was for 2 hours, then each additional 30min would be extra. They moved me out of my 5 floor walk up (with a piano!) and into my new apartment within 2 hours with plenty of time left. Communications were great and just excellent execution. I highly recommend Dyno Moving. They helped us with our 2 bedroom 4th floor walk-up move. These movers were timely, affordable, and hard-working. The team members were professional, friendly, and careful. Their customer service is great and they are very transparent with pricing throughout the moving process.
