No experience staff to talk to and no great prices
I purchased a Cozy Pro Spa in Calgary and, after many issues with staff / service / misinformation, I called Dynasty Spas in Red Deer to avoid giving any more business to the Calgary location of World of Spas. purchased my Dynasty from a different location and they’ve never really been great at explaining my Tub and manuals are all online now🤷♀️ Richelle has gone above and beyond explaining what each valve does and helping troubleshoot Where my leak is coming from? I recommend her and Stephanie in parts both of them 100% effort which is rare these days thank you so much 😊
