Austin Matheny helped me to prepare a living trust several months ago. I feel like it was a terrific decision to seek his advice. After speaking to Austin at length and explaining to him that mireya could not be trusted and was dishonest, Austin represented her knowing this info, then filed probate without notifying the heirs, we found the info on the public website. He told us nothing could be filed without notification, im not surprised he has been dishonest too, also he never told mireya or us that probate wasn't necessarily cause the houses value was 27,000 Anything under 100.000 dosent require probate. shady ,Anything for money
