Would like to give 10 stars if I could! Cannot say enough good things about this sweet couple who were so very helpful. On short notice they gave me an appointment and then were so kind to hem my dress while I waited. The whole process took less than an hour and a half and I was back on the road for the two hour drive home. I had an amazing experience finding my perfect wedding dress at Dynasty Formals. Everyone is so friendly and talented. My dress needed a few alterations and changes to the design and it turned out better than I could’ve imagined! The staff were amazing and so patient. There were so many brides when we first got to the shop and yet was still greeted and helped as often as they could even with the fitting rooms overflowing with customers! This place was amazing 🤩! Beautifully designed the dresses are perfect we went to three stores and found “THE ONE” She had a huge selection all colors and sizes. She altered and had it fixed to fit her before we left the store. it was a surprise to find out the designer was the designer off the show say “yes to the dress”!!Not to mention that I couldn’t find the right color ear rings and she fixed that by dyeing some that ended up being a on the T perfect! I have to give Sherry her flowers!! She was absolutely wonderful to work with. I called them on Monday in a panic, they were able to accommodate me SO quickly. On top of that, they were friendly and sincere. I went for alterations, I desperately needed a hem. Sherry was able to find a perfect middle ground for heels and flats!! Let this be your sign to use them for alterations and for shopping. I will be going back to buy a dress for another event I have in the winter!!
