Dynapeak Fitness and PT is fabulous!! I had a surgical injury that I had given up hope would ever improve. Through one on one physical therapy with Nicole, I've made significant gains and greatly improved strength. Plus Dina, Nicole and the staff there are so incredibly kind and genuine. The fitness classes are an extra bonus--very fun and help me to maintain the gains made through PT. Thank you for the fantastic work Nicole and Dina!
Amazing PT session, honestly the best. Training for a marathon and without the therapy and training from Dina I would not be able to run it She works miracles If you need PT or just want to get fit seriously give her and Dynapeak a try, you will not be sorry
