Best PT ever. Individual attention your whole time in the office.
Dina has helped me several times with aches and pains from hip to neck and shoulders! She is passionate about her job and really has a gift of knowing exactly what to do to get you out of pain! I have always trusted her knowledge of the human body to work her magic and make me feel good! Highly recommend her and her team!
Nicole was my therapist for hip issues. I then returned because of neck pain and worked with Dina. I've found having 1 therapist to work with to be most effective. You really accomplish a lot in every session. I also appreciate the comfortable, welcoming environment. Now attending strength classes. it's invaluable to have an instructor giving specific instructions on how to perform each exercise and watching if you are doing it correctly.
