Valerie was awesome ... took time to understand what I wanted before we even started ... very friendly ... after my hi lites and cut ... I brought my daughter right back up there for a little trim ... Valerie was great with her too ... so patient and treated her like a princess ... love this place - everyone very nice - we will be back for sure.
