Exceptional service and repair team. Friendly people. Prompt repairs are important to so I have a minimum of down days without a bike.
Our two Como Specialised E bikes were in our rollover van accident. Both were badly damaged. Dynamite Bike Lab restored them beautifully. The staff was very pleasant and helpful during the process. I just had a large thorn puncture and deflate the back tire on my Como bike. Dynamite Bike Lab fixed it quickly.
Dominic helped me with maintenance on a bike that I have owned for years that I purchased elsewhere. His professionalism and expertise earned my confidence and he just helped me buy a fantastic Specialized E mountain bike. Fun people to work with and very fast, high-quality service.
Went into Dynamite Bike Lab yesterday to have an inner tube changed. I even brought the new tube with me. They quoted me $50 just to install it. Yes, you read that right—$50. I politely said thank you and headed over to Bicycle Ranch, where they did the exact same job for $10. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first ridiculous experience with Dynamite Bike Lab. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Mike was very friendly and informative. I trust him and Dynamite Labs to provide me with great service and advice.
