Stopped in first thing in the morning. The technician was very friendly . I had an issue with a tire , it kept losing air after making sure the tire didn’t have a hole it turned out to a valve core which he fixed in minutes. It was a pleasure dealing with a professional . I will recommend the shop to any friends visiting the area and anyone else that needs a bike shop where the technicians explain everything to you and don’t talk down to you
Amazing experience renting a beautiful specialized Roubaix from this shop while I was in Arizona. The bike was in great condition, everything was smooth and easy, and the staff were super helpful from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Grace for being so kind, welcoming, and accommodating, she made the whole experience even better. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the cycling community. Highly recommend this place if you need a quality rental or any bike help!
