On the road to Hana we came across one of your drivers. Rude, blocking the road, forcing others to back up across a narrow bridge. Refusing to compromise on anything. My family booked this tour for the Road to Hana through Viator during our NCL Hawaii cruise. Our tour guide was Lepa, and I cannot express how thrilled we are that we had her as our guide! Her love for her community and culture shined through during the entire day, and really made a strong impression on our entire party. Justin ("J") is an expert driver, host, and fountain of local knowledge. Relax and enjoy the excursion as only a true native from Maui can provide. His good humor, willingness to accomodate rider curiosity about various spots, and generosity of spirit exemplifies what cultivating a positive attitude and willingly sharing it with others can provide. Ed was our tour guide. I could not have asked for a better experience. There was no rush and he was extremely knowledgeable about the area. I booked last minute so I was a bit nervous; everything turned out great!
