The massage therapist (Gerard) is excellent. He's all about incorporating holistic health and establishing a mind/body connection. His space is relaxing and soothing; there is an aromatherapy diffuser and soft zen type music. Gerard provides a number of services from a relaxing massage to chakra work. I've seen him for tight hamstrings and neck/shoulder pain from stress and I always leave feeling much better. He will also recommend stretches as preventative care and for in-between appointments.
Gerrard is an amazing therapist, besides being the BEST therapist in town, he also gives advise about nutrition and your wellbeing in general. He has been my therapist for over 5 yrs now. Go see him, I promise you won't be disappointed.
What a great experience! I came in with upper back stiffness and pain. Left with full motion and completely relaxed. I highly highly recommend Gerrard. 2 hours went by so quickly but he managed to work all of my concern areas during my deep tissue massage.
