Went to go see JD as I had severe knee pain to the point I couldn’t run. After a couple sessions I never felt better! Highly recommend :)

I've suffered with lower back pain for a decade, I've seen multiple chiropractors, masseuses etc. and none have been able to provide relief. After visiting Dynamic Therapy for a few sessions and carrying out the stretches and exercises as directed I went from feeling pain with pain killers whilst standing at the checkout at Coles, to no pain with no pain killers. Felt like a miracle, Dynamic Therapy really got to the root of the problem. Thank you!
