My wife ordered mercy for out kids football team at the beginning of September and we were told it’d take 3 weeks. It is now the end of October and the football season is over and still no response. Great customer service and high quality items!!! Was in touch with Jeff every step of the way and they made the process extremely easy from start to finish. If I had a question they would respond in a timely manner with answers to all my questions and never left me unsure. Highly recommended!!!
Placed and order that was over priced in the first place.. tried to add to it to save on shipping and the guy Jeff was rude and said no.. I’m going to try to have the lacrosse team take the business to a company that has integrity and offer a solution not a rude response Avoid working with this company, if you call it a company
I ordered 1 hoodie and 2 hats for my son’s lacrosse team. It took 8 weeks from the time I placed my order to receive it. I paid an additional $5 to have it customized and when it arrived, the customization was not done. They did offer to send a shipping label to correct it, however after waiting as long as did, I opted for the refund instead.
