Placed and order that was over priced in the first place.. tried to add to it to save on shipping and the guy Jeff was rude and said no.. I’m going to try to have the lacrosse team take the business to a company that has integrity and offer a solution not a rude response Avoid working with this company, if you call it a company
I ordered 1 hoodie and 2 hats for my son’s lacrosse team. It took 8 weeks from the time I placed my order to receive it. I paid an additional $5 to have it customized and when it arrived, the customization was not done. They did offer to send a shipping label to correct it, however after waiting as long as did, I opted for the refund instead. Think twice before using this company. Slow shipping and extremely unprofessional. Never again! I would give them 0 stats if I could.
I was in need of some shirts for an upcoming trade show where I was exhibiting my new business. I made the mistake of going to another person down the street first. They tried charging me almost 500 dollars for 8 shirts (port authority brand). I was not happy with how they did my logo, and they were rude and unwilling to fix the issue for me. Doug Weller is our rep at Mercury Screen Printing. He was amazing every step of the way. The printer they use did make a mistake on the color of our jerseys, but Doug was able to get them reprinted and shipped out to us within a week. They have always delivered on time or earlier and are great with communication and customer support. We are now using them for all of our uniforms and spirit wear. 5 stars for sure!
