Hi spring has sprung and Lacrosse started. Do you want to come watch my kid with the rest of our family? she’ll be playing in regular clothes because company cannot seem to get there act together. If you’re willing to spend money on it, it’s probably important. If it’s important I wouldn’t give it to these guys. They grew out of the basement that there still operating in. They cannot accommodate everybody so get in line! 12 week order turn around times!!
Would give zero stars if I could. Items never arrived, 4 emails went unreturned regarding my order, and I only got their attention when I submitted a dispute with my credit card company (after warning them in the 4th email that that would be my next step). Jeff, the president, ignored any emails from me until the credit card dispute, and even then his response was to Jocelyn (another employee) and just had me cc’d in it. I had a horrible experience with this company. I asked for collared shirts for work and the owner looked me up and down from head to toe condescendingly and said You were collared shirts to work? This guy could have easily assisted me.in buying the shirts I needed instead he treated me.and my family poorly and I still don't have the mock ups I was promised. 1 star but as you can see from his rating, He doesn't care about his customers
Shipping took months instead of weeks. Quality is awful and size is completely incorrect. Can’t even get a response to emails. Do not recommend
My wife ordered mercy for out kids football team at the beginning of September and we were told it’d take 3 weeks. It is now the end of October and the football season is over and still no response. It wasn’t until after she called her bank and filed a complaint that JEFF Finally reached out and said the order has been shipped and she has the tracking number.
