Don't bother getting these you can't put them down with out there 250 battery controller ..mine is jamming and I have contacted them many times by phone and email to fix it but they don't even respond..too bad if there is a cyclone ..you can't manually put them down ...there is another company in cairns I will go to them next time because there half the price you pay then dynamic. I need 3 more but I won't be going to dynamic because no back up service
Waited months not weeks as promised and poor communication. Look elsewhere.
Over priced bad workman ship no follow up for bad installation cant get anyone to check any problems of install told that the head unit is not sealed to the house for water proofing and i would have to do it my self damage to paint work whilste installing water leaking through wall to control unit very unhappy all round dont get caught out stay clear
These guys were incredibly helpful. Had a shutter remote that seemingly wasn’t working at our new place. I came down to the storefront, and despite the installation not actually having been done by this company, they were extremely generous with their time and sorted me out with a replacement charger. Would definitely recommend based on helpfulness alone! Thanks again :)
I paid a deposit for Shutters in December. I can not get answers from anyone. It's as if email replies from the company are being written by a five year old! Zero professionalism. Praying we get our deposit back as I am now cancelling the order as I found out last week it has not even been started yet! And coming from China there is a 3 month delay in itself before delivery and install. Now I will receive the automated reply to this comment which everyone gets.
