One thing everyone should do when it comes to their health is to be educated. After my therapist have completed my treatment under one insurance, he advised me to reach out to my doctor and ask if I could benefit for more therapy. My doctor had advised to go outpatient. On my first visit to their outpatient gym, my body said no. Called the therapist who helped me and he told me that he can do my outpatient therapy in my own home until I am ready for a more rigorous therapy.
