Operator hang up the call in the middle of call, then put phone on busy not able to talk, don't understand why most of these offices have issues with customer service
I’ve had such a great experience at my physical therapy clinic, and a big part of that is thanks to Sara and Alisson at the front desk. From day one, they’ve been welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Whether it’s scheduling appointments, answering questions, or just greeting everyone with a smile, they make each visit smooth and pleasant. Great customer service from the receptionist, and the staff are all amazing, they treat you like a family member. Loved the service, I’m actually upset it’s now over!!
Excellent care and professionalism. I came here after a car accident with significant back pain. From the moment I arrived, the young woman at the front desk was very kind and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. The therapist who treated me was excellent at her job, very professional, and also warm and caring. She explained every step of the treatment clearly and helped me feel much better in a short time. I highly recommend this place!
Dynamic Rehab is the best rehabilitation facility in No.Va. I've been going to rehabilitation centers since 2018 and I've never received the expertise and attention to details that Dynamic Rehabilitation presented in every area of the center. I mean, from the front desk to having hands on treatment from Neno and Hamid. Two of the best in their profession that I've experienced.
