I’ve had chronic neck and shoulder tension for years, and Rebecca has been incredible. I’ve only found her a few months ago and I’m so glad. She’s kind, professional, and so easy to have conversations with. I always leave feeling lighter and so much better! Amazing Physio, would definitely recommend!
The physiotherapist took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, explain the treatment plan in clear terms, and tailor the exercises specifically to my needs. Each session was well-structured, and I appreciated how they balanced hands-on therapy with guided exercises to strengthen and prevent further injury.
