I’m using Dynamic Performance & Recovery for the second time, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The first time was after I broke a finger mountain biking — they helped me get my hand’s mobility back after nearly two months in a cast. Now I’m working on some long-neglected hip flexor issues that have been causing pain when I run for years.
