Had a great experience at dynamic performance and recovery. As an ex-athlete utilizing a variety of physical therapy throughout my life, Ashley and crew do a great job in designing my recovery plan at a high level to get me back to my active way of life. I highly recommend them.
I cannot recommend Dynamic Performance enough! The entire team here is welcoming, friendly, and truly cares about every person who walks through the door. My physical therapist, Aaron, has been absolutely incredible. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel heard and cared for. Not sure where to start but if I could give more than 5 stars to this place and Aaron I would. He has been my rock since starting this injury journey. From day one he was so attentive and genuine about the care he was giving. You can tell straight away he truly cares about his patients. Not only the physical aspect but he’s also helped me mentally work through this and all of my silly emotions that have come with be injured. So so grateful I found them!
