Can't speak highly enough of the team at Dynamic Performance Physio. Having rolled an ankle whilst out for a jog, I called up and was quickly booked in for my first visit. Started off barely able to walk and now I'm back running again several months later! I cannot recommend Lachlan enough, his level of knowledge and the way that he articulates himself is nothing short of professional. I tore my AC Joint in my left shoulder and through his guidance I have continuously felt confident in returning to him week after week for muscle relief through massage and functional movement exercises. The team here are super knowledgable and kind. I would recommend Lisa, Brooke or Jen especially to anyone seeking general physiotherapy, but I was exceptionally impressed at their specialised knowledge in the sport physio field.
