Brooke, Lisa and the team at DPP are phenomenal, hands down the best physios I have ever seen. And even if you are a weekend warrior like me, or just sore, with a back or neck issue from sitting (also me) they will explain to you in simple terms what is wrong, use their magic hands, and provide you with easy targeted exercises that stop the issue from reoccurring. It’s just the best care! Brooke is fantastic.
Unfortunately had very poor experience. Front desk was very friendly and nice person. The person who treated me barely did anything, recommended any execise. just waste of time and $$
I cannot recommend Lisa Mains highly enough. She listened thoughtfully and analytically before commencing treatment, which was incisive and produced an excellent result in a brief period of time.
