Today (Sept.24/20) I raised his rating to 2 stars. I have no idea of how he is as a solicitor, but I do know the following 3 things. He is quick to reply (which is good), he appears to work on the weekend (hard worker?) and definitely persistent (very good in my books). I asked him if I could go after a company for damaging my reputation (credit score dropped) as they refused to take me to Small Claims Court to settle a valid dispute.
