I visited Lori at Dynamic Integrations Wellness after several months of on and off pain from a sprained ankle. I had seen a foot specialist, who told me there was little they could do since it wasn't broken - the area just needed time to heal. After one massage session, I felt a noticeable improvement! I highly recommend consulting with them if you need pain relief or have questions about the benefits of massage for your needs.
Steven is AMAZING. I cannot even explain how hopeless I felt as my wife struggled for 2 days after sleeping funny on her neck. She was debilitated. I had to help dress a 35 year young adult. Steven asked a few questions and spent 10 minutes working with her and she felt IMMEDIATE RELIEF. HOURS later, her range of motion is still about 85%, whereas it was at about 10% when she met Steven. 110% recommended. A+++

Lori with her professionalism, know how and expertise has been a huge help in keeping my son in top shape, and soreness free with her abilities to know exactly how to support him.
