Chris was recommended to me by a friend and that's the best type of referral. Chris understood what I was looking for given the information on my intake form. When I arrived we spoke a bit more about my knots and tension I was looking to alleviate. The environment was warm and relaxing with soothing music. Chris would ask how I was feeling or if his pressure was too much. I'm definitely looking to go back for future massages to keep working on the improvements he made. I highly recommend a visit.
