I highly recommend going to Dr Lisa for pain and/or stress relief through acupuncture! She is the best: super caring, welcoming and really takes the time to listen to all concerns and always has solutions to treat you holistically. After a fall, smashing the ball of my shoulder and humorous, I had to have a complete reverse shoulder rebuild. At 8 weeks, having started physio, my shoulder was very stiff and painful, I hesitated with exercises because of the pain. When leaving my first session with Dr Lisa I was able to drive with both hands on the wheel, moving my shoulder without pain. Now I am able to do my exercises and my shoulder joint is moving freely. Can't wait for my next session. Thanks Dr Lisa.
