Do you by chance have a phone number for abilities pediatric therapy? I think this review should have actually been for them. I don’t want to give your company a bad review in error. I am unable to find how to give them a review online but after the terrible experience I think it’s necessary. Apologies for the error if I made a mistake. The name of our OT is Loretta and I think she is actually with ability pediatric therapy.
Absolutely horrendous experience. We were referred to an OT from here and every time she came she insisted on working with my son while he’s sitting on a chair during a meal. My son usually gets hungry early so he usually will have had his meal around 11:30 but the appointment was at 12. The OT constantly insisted on working with my son during a meal even though I often expressed to her ‘’HE ALREADY HAD LUNCH and I don’t think he will want to eat anymore.’’ She insisted that we try. My son has been attending DAP therapy for almost a year and we absolutely love it. He initially started with OT with Dr. Alyssa, she has been so great with her patience and goals that she works on with our son and always has great tips and advice of how to incorporate things at home. More recently we also started seeing Dr. Donna for physical therapy, and she is equally as amazing as Dr. Alyssa, she is full of energy and has the best patience for our son. Dr. Donna Marmolejo has been absolutely amazing! My child was scared to go until we arrived and he immediately felt safe and connected with the staff. The office is welcoming and very clean. I love how the therapists assess the child’s emotional state before and after therapy. He runs to office every time now and leaves a happy face coin in the emotions box after his session. This place is bad, no communication, no one answers the phone, we try to make appointments and is hard because no one explains how to make appointments, and if u dont have communication by phone or email, how u will figure out and make it. The place looks good, by any one have idea how to make appointments.
