I hate to do this because this guy seemed nice, but...I'm out $1K with nothing to show for it. I initiated work with Dylan in early October. Provided a pretty hefty down payment. After repeated emails I finally got a rough sketch on Nov 24 with a promise to meet and discuss final sketch so we could get started. It has been crickets since then.
