Went in yesterday because we’re looking to replace our front door. The customer service Is horrible! Not helpful at all and acted like I was the inconvenience because I walked in.! Go to interstate borderline CT/portchester! Went straight there and we had a good experience!
Just walked in to discuss doors and windows for a remodel. It was like I was invisible. I don’t like pushy sales people but there were 5 guys at the empty check out area, 2 people in the window and door area and 1 person walking in and out. Not a word. One guy was just angry about something at his desk (the door guy?) But hey, someone looking to spend $ in your store? Nah. I don’t wanna spend my money in a big box store, but clearly this isn’t the solution either.

Very rude customer service and unfriendly staff
Beware of extremely rude desk person, particularly an older white man with glasses at the front desk. I came in to pick up some molding and I went up to him at the desk saying I’m here to pick up an order and he started yelling at me his exact words were “So?! Who cares?! Can’t you tell I’m busy?!” (he didn’t look busy). I stood there shocked while another much nicer employee came over and helped me get what I needed. Don’t shop there unless you want to be subjected to rude customer service.
