The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I picked out and purchased molding in a profile that the representative said wasn’t in stock. They told me it would arrive in about 3 days. They called to say it was ready, and I had my carpenter pick it up. It turns out it was the wrong molding. I called, emailed a photo of what I received and was told that the person that placed the order typed in the molding profile incorrectly and that they actually had it in stock.
