They came to diagnose issue with my Andersen sliding door. They charged $175 just to come out. After that they suddenly disappeared, never sent a quote and told me they actually can't fix the door and they're booked out 6 weeks. At the very least they should have had the decency to refund the service charge if they're unable to repair it.
