My family and I just spent the past 6 days by my Grammie's (Nova), side as she was moved to palliative care. Every time I have visited or called Dykeland Lodge I have been met with such incredible compassion and kindness. This final visit was no different. I was honoured to see the amount of staff that dropped by to see Grammie. We were told countless stories of how much she was adored at Dykeland. All the staff there have been wonderful and welcoming with my father. Also lots of great activities like live music, and releasing of butterflies!
Do not make the mistake of putting your loved ones in the care of Dykeland Lodge. An absolute joke of a facility.
My friend had a prearranged visit with a friend there who was pleased to have a visit! Good experience...
