Be careful. Charged me $75 for a phone call, $100 for mailing me a letter and $80 to file a TNCARE release. No fee were EVER discussed and when I called about it, the lady answering the phone asked me if I thought it was free, very rude. I told her I thought it was part of what my deceased father had already paid for. I can not recommend them. I have never posted a bad review about anyone before, but made an exception for this business.
