Wonderful place I have no idea why they are rated so low. My mother was here for a short time from the moment I came to tour to the day we left everyone was very nice. The front desk reception is amazing, that is the first person of contact and really the first person to represent the company and she is the sweetest, and really cared about my mom as I’m sure she did everyone. She is the best and does great work. The aids I have encountered were also great with my mom. They gave my mom things and just really made my moms day ... read more

This place is like a Freddy Kruger movie🍿🎬🎥 here...& It's not alot of staff to take better care of the residents and so i don't see why they don't be held accountable hmmm🤔🤔🤔 i wouldn't recommend family members bring there love ones here!!!

The Service is horrible my brother was in for rehab was on D wing had been sick for over 2 weeks and no one sent him out to the hospital. Had to request for care after patient from vomiting ended up in hospital for 1 week and half for malnutrition and low potassium. They answer call lights and staff missing in action I watch his side sit in her truck his light had been on for over a hour with his dirty laundry laying in his chair. I wish I could give this place a no star but they do not have a option to do so. People are not being taken care of the way they should be at this facility. You are trusting that this place is taking care of your loved ones and then time and time again you here from your loved ones that they are not. They ask the patient to ring the bell if they need anything but then they do not come to help them. Could you wait a half hour or more if you had to go to the toilet? Not me.
