I used Pritesh Radia to complete a property transaction. I am well versed in purchasing and selling houses as it is our business. The lender insisted we use someone from their panel. DWS made a simple transaction nauseatingly difficult from the welcome pack through to completion. I have had a very poor experience with my conveyancing handled by Pritesh Radia. My purchase began in January 2025 and, despite constant chasing, there has been almost no progress or clear communication.
