Well I came here in hope of some legal advice and defense for being accused of a crime I did not commit. After 10K and a conviction later I learned several things. 1. They charge you 10K up front, then you go through a process without ever meeting the DWI dude. In fact, not once did I meet this person. Then if you want to go to trial you will have to also agree to additional charges. So what ends up happening is you end up asking yourself, how much is your claim worth to you. Paid $6000+ dollars for dwi defense. They didn't fight for me, didn't even try. They just reset me multiple times and we're ready to accept whatever offer the prosecutors gave me. I still got screwed in the end. Balagia himself is facing federal prison time for taking bribe money and the law office had lawyers leave because of this reason. Do not use this law firm. You would be better off with a court appointed attorney.
