Amy was great I called about a traffic ticket I received in Hamburg and not being from the area I was nervous that I would have to go back and forth to court. She reassured me that she would handle everything I faxed over my ticket and payment information about 3 or 4 Weeks Later I received an email from Amy stating that my ticket was dropped from a three-point moving violation to a simple town of Hamburg parking ticket.
