Dunia was great! It was a pretty quick process, even as a new client.
Very friendly for the consultation and ended by verbalizing that we'd schedule a follow up to get started. Didn't return my calls after that. Isn't on the IRS list nor the BBB like they advertise.
Hired them to do my taxes. They had a $12k discrepancy between their numbers and my numbers. Investigation showed they didn't do my taxes correctly. I asked them to fix the taxes for filing. They have been ghosting me for a month. I will never use this company again.
I brought my tax info and met early March.sent email no response.?Repeated phone calls unanswered. Filed my own extension. Repeated phone calls unanswered. Today April 25 I was told they are too busy! Very Poor customer service.
I have never worked with anyone to do my taxes before this year and after my experience with Ms Lopez and her team I will certainly be a repeat customer! Ms Lopez is as very clear about what information I needed to provide and extremely helpful when she explained my tax situation. I was intimidated by having to turn things over to professionals but everyone at DW made me feel welcome and they helped me get a great result! I highly recommend this business.
