Incredible company for all drivers. They help you earn some great money!
Better pay than I have had with other companies. Fleet dept and truck repair shop on the lot. Newer equipment. Hope to be with them long enough to become an owner operator
Excellent driver support. The pay is great. Typically over 3,000 miles per week. Consistently getting loads. The hotel at the headquarters is nice and free so that's a plus.
Great company that caters to the drivers needs. Great accommodations during orientation. Gym access to LA Fitness and more! Truly professional!
I have been with DVL for two years now. My dispatcher Max is awesome and his boss Nick. Anytime I have problems Nick and Max would always look into it and get back with. Maintenance is prompt, if you have problems with the equipment they'll take care of it ASAP. Pay is always on-time. Log Department ride you like DOT, like any other Safety Department. The pay is good.
This is a great company. They care about their drivers and pay them well. They always deliver excellent services as far as I have experienced.
