Need to work a little on customer service... – For starters, I've been to D'Vine Winery three times and 3/3 times the drinks have been good, definitely recommend them, especially the wine-a-rita. On the other hand, I will not go back again anytime soon because 3/3 times the people working have been very unfriendly. Great Place to go! – I recently read of a review from that Josh guy and was kinda skeptic on going to this place, but i went and absolutely loved it. The fruit wines were great and for not being a wine drinker i especially like the dry reds. The people were so friendly and helped an inexperienced wine drinker like myself along with some good suggestions. Our Customer Service to you Josh Fuqua – Josh, I just recently read your review on your experience at our store here in San Angelo and wanted to inquire what went wrong with your experience (what made you so angry). I understand you did not like the chardonnay (no reason to bash it for every wine is different everywhere you go and everyones taste buds differ from place to place). Don't go here – I just want to say that the lady running the shop on Sat 11/28/2009 at about 5pm was snotty and rude. She obviously profiles and since my fiance and I didn't match the customer she expected, she provided very rude service and snide retort to my fiances question about an item in the gift shop. If you feel the need to go here, don't dress comfortably. Also the chardonnay is a disgusting amber color reminiscent of morning piss.
