Good luck getting in contact with them. Just like the last person, I called, texted and emailed and never got a response. One time the call was answered on accident im assuming.,, could hear background noise and then "OH!" And the call was hung up. Finally after 4 months got him to send me the diminshed value assessment, at which point he basically said, "send it in and start haggling". Guy literally just decided to not pursue my claim. I tried to contact them a few times before I got a response. When I finally got hold on them I talked with Jerry he sounded professional and I thought I was in good hands. Sent over all information so they could start working. Since then, crickets. Called and texted several times the last couple of weeks. No response, no returning calls. Very unprofessional. I get that people are busy, but no excuse for not getting back to the client in any form. I guess thos is just a side gig for them, who knows. I'll get with Gillman Coll... read more

I just called to ask them the price for a Diminished Value appraisal for Geico he just told me ehhh Geico is very difficult to work with, I did not wanted to ask him anything else. Maybe they do not want to work. Bad customer service
