Lincoln from DV Comm Systems was great. After some incidents, our family wanted to set up an in-home PoE NVR camera system for a relative with demetia / Alzheimer's to help monitor how home care assistants treated our family member. And, to ensure petty (and not so petty) theft was discouraged. Michael Andrews Bespoke has been working with Lincoln and DV Comm Systems for years for our Noho store. We recently opened a new location in midtown and they made the entire process seamless. They mounted and organized the rack and network equipment, installed Wiremold 700 molding throughout the space (due to the solid walls and no drop ceiling), ran and terminated all network cabling, installed and positioned new security cameras, and tested and labeled the entire system. Great experience with Lincoln coming to diagnose and fix networking issues in my home. He was courteous, thorough, and diligent, helping address some of my cabling issues and being honest about what could not easily be fixed without much higher expense. Would definitely use DV Comms again.

I made a call to DV Comms, told them my problems and a week after Lincoln and his helper came. My previous intercom had stop ringing and Lincoln recommended getting a new setup due to the one I previously had was no longer available. The job was done within 2 hours or probably less. Very professional and friendly service. I would use DV Comm Systems in the future if I need intercoms or cable management. Thank you again Lincoln for a great service!
