the perfect way to steal money. Patient is disable to do nothing. They have the power of block the understanding and push to pay the amount they said with no words. Representative was rude, brutal, cruel, never listened. The web page is inefficiency, and the numbers are fraudulent.
These people are set on ruining my credit because they mailed an invoice for an ER visit for my 2yo to the incorrect address. Claim they used the same address as the hospital. This is a lie. So I can't take my child to the ER without my credit being ruined? The hospital invoice made out to the correct address got to me and was paid within a few days. Received a bill after paying out of pocket in Advent Palm Coast ER. I offered to pay them a fair amount considering Advent refunded me money from my visit for them to decline the settlement amount. I am looking into the billing as it shows 2 providers for the visit when only the PA treated the patient. There was no physician visit and this is fraudulent to claim one was performed.
