Update: I finally spoke to her, turns out she’s not that bad of a person. It may just be the way the family member had things set up, which was not in our best interest. I wish we could have spoken with her a lot sooner, maybe things would have turned out better. It’s going on over 3 years they are handling my parents succession. We gotten no where. Over 2 years I have been calling and leaving my call back number and they have yet to return my calls. One sibling is in charge and must have gotten them to agree not to talk to ... read more

Ms. Boquet’s attention to detail was impressive. She spent hours explaining complicated concepts to me and my wife. We were feeling intimidated about the whole process, but she made everything easy to understand and we felt very comfortable.
