Natalie went out of her way to make our experience great. My son was getting his restricted license and we made an appointment at a different location last week. The lady at that location said she couldn’t find his information for the class he took and dismissed us. I went home and went on the DMV website and printed out the information that was indeed on the website. We came in as walkins today, and Natalie went out of her way to help us. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the process quick and stress-free. Excellent customer service and greatly appreciated.
This is a very busy office. They have a scheduling appointment app that makes the process more efficient. Be prepared for a long wait. Everyone is very helpful.
