Honestly impressed how organized they are. I've lived in two other states (NC, MI) and I was amazed how efficient these folks are! Just be sure to make an appointment online ahead of time. Carol was also very nice and helpful. ☺️

wish I could leave 0 stars. You WILL wait 2-5 hours at this office. They will be very rude to you as if it’s not their job to help you. They will tell you that you are “unprepared” (I was not, had my hin number documented to which she said I did not have it, I did!) but yet the people waiting in front of you will also be unprepared trying to pull up their insurance information for 45 minutes while the window lady sits on her phone.
