If I could give less stars I would. I usually go to the Jersey ridge location to pay rent but I live in Dewitt so this location was closer. I go there to do a cash advance from my debit card that is then deposited into a Dutrac account. I have zero issues doing so at the Jersey ridge location. I’ve done it in the lobby and drive thru at Jersey Ridge the whole process takes maybe 2 minutes. This location refuses to do so in the drive thru and only will do so in the lobby. I’ve been banking with DuTrac in Eldridge for about 15 years, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff has always been helpful, professional, and easy to work with. Love, love the service at Dutrac, Eldridge!! Everyone is so friendly and extremely helpful. Angie is the absolute best! She works hard and has the best communication throughout any process!! This is truly 5 star service! I love the hometown feeling you get as so as you walk in the bank!!
