I generally have good luck with credit unions, but I would advise never going to the dutrac Eldridge location. The manager has the worst attitude and was extremely rude (yelled at us in the lobby). Refused to let my son withdraw money from his account. The other staff working were great and you could tell they wanted to help, but the manager was the worst. Angie did not want to spend more than 2 minutes with the issue and made us jump through hoops to not even get the issue resolved. If I could rate less I would.

If I could give less stars I would. I usually go to the Jersey ridge location to pay rent but I live in Dewitt so this location was closer. I go there to do a cash advance from my debit card that is then deposited into a Dutrac account. I have zero issues doing so at the Jersey ridge location. I’ve done it in the lobby and drive thru at Jersey Ridge the whole process takes maybe 2 minutes. This location refuses to do so in the drive thru and only will do so in the lobby. I’ve been banking with DuTrac in Eldridge for about 15 years, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff has always been helpful, professional, and easy to work with. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Jessica, one of the tellers. My wife recently needed some very specific documentation from our account.
